All work carried out by AXP Web Design for its customers is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Quotations & prices
All quotations are valid for 1 calendar month from the date of issue. The quotation given will be for the complete cost of the project, and will not change, provided that no additional work is requested.
All prices indicated on the website are for guidance only.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required before any work will be started.
The process
You will receive a quotation detailing the work that we have agreed to undertake, the total cost of that work, and an estimated completion date.
When you sign and return the acceptance form, and pay the 25% deposit, the agreed work will commence.
On completion of the work, and with all of it carried out to your satisfaction, you will sign and return the completion form, and pay the outstanding balance. The site will then be uploaded and become live. At this point, you will become the owner of the site.
Website contents
We will not design, redesign, or otherwise work on any site which includes material that is, in our opinion, illegal or offensive.
Search engines
When using the search engines and keywords/phrases that you have specified, our aim is to get you on the first page of the displayed results. We do not guarantee what position you obtain.
General
Provided that you are in agreement, we will place a small and unobtrusive link to our company on your website.
AXP takes the privacy of your data seriously. The information given below will tell you what information we collect from you, and what we do with it.
Information about you
We will keep contact details for your company on our database. This will include, for example, your name, address, email, and telephone number. We may also keep login details in order to gain access to your web space for the purpose of uploading and editing files.
At any time, you may ask us for a copy of the information we are holding.
Information sharing
Any information we have about you will not be shared with any third party, ( unless we are legally required to do so ). After completing the assigned work, you may ask us to remove your information from our database.
